This company is horrible. I’ve Never seen a shipping company to where they vehicles have so many mechanical issues and they can’t deliver your items. I received a call yesterday that my item will be delivered and the Inbetween times. So I took off so that I can be here to receive it and then on today I got a call saying that they are having mechanical issues. A delivery window of 0900-1500 is ridiculous. Do better.
They lost a pallet the size of a baby elephant! How incompetent of them! 48 X 40 x 56 @ 350lbs! 4 pallets collected, delivery driver informed customer only 3 onboard, had to send replacements for an urgent project and when the SAME hub in Albany got the replacements, they found the "lost" pallet and delivered them both together. WHEN THE PAPERWORK STARED REPLACEMENT DUE TO TRASPORT LOSS! Spoke with the hub regarding helping with the return and they said they could not help, even though they created the problem. Estes broke a pallet worth of merchandise. Told me they had no clue where my shipment was. Told the company they broke it. Then marked the packaged as shipped, refused by receiver, disposed of on site. No you did not do that. I have cameras. Now it its taking longer for the shipper to reship since you marked i received it. 10/10 i do NOT recommend Estes.
