Melissa Hudson in the Aberdeen, NC Terminal provided me the service I can only wish for. When things go wrong you can only hope for someone to listen and try to understand what is going on. Melissa did that and more by taking ownership and handling the resolution for me from start to end and communicated the updated promptly throughout, without the need to be prompted. Fantastic customer service and problem resolution. We all only control so much and knowing there is someone that will take control is awesome.
