We've worked with ESTES for a few years now, and this terminal has been outstanding to work with. They are pretty quick with responses, and it's helpful that their terminal (and folks) are nearby in case anything goes sideways (it hasn't thankfully). Our local rep is a pleasure to work with, as is the terminal manager and the dispatch clerk!
Bought cabinets that were supposed to be delivered by Estes, but they refused to deliver them. Marsha was useless and quite rude actually. Completely unacceptable behavior. They have now sent my cabinets back to California and I am without a bathroom sink as I wait for another shipping company to do the job that Estes couldn't do. Never again
We are having a tremendously difficult time trying to get in touch with our apparent new account representative. It was only after we were asking to receive training that we found out that our account representative had take another position. Very confusing dealing with Corporate and local and who owns our relationship.
