We ordered a new bath tubs from Home Depot. Estes called and asked me to meet the truck somewhere to recieve our new tub; it was sent on a semi-truck. Why would a tub be delivered to a residence on an 18 wheeler? They then told me it would be delivered on a smaller truck on Monday. Now they are telling me that it will be Thursday. My tracking shows the tub delivered. I have not gotten my tub. The installer will be here on Tuesday. Service is irresponsible! Deliver a tub on a tractor-trailer!!?
