Should have received ordered items on the 26th of June, but my items sat in Indianapolis west, since that day, and finally shipped to Madison WI on 1st of July. The local office was very helpful and I would give them 5 stars for their professionalism. Should get my items on 2nd of July. Thanks

worst experience. 3 days delay and now i have to wait until Monday to get my products. They were supposed to deliver back on Tuesday.

Estes lacks the ability to ship things in a timely matter, which is pretty crazy for them being a freight company. They pick up loads days after the scheduled pickups, and it takes multiple times of contacting them for that to happen. They would charge us fees if we did the same to them. Tied as the worst freight company in existence in my experience.
