If I could leave negative stars I would. First off, Estes lost my package for a week and and a few days. They could not locate it, and getting any answers from them or getting updates was a challenge. I even left voice-mails that they never returned. After they finally found it, I notified the terminal that I would have my father pick up my 400+ lb package as he has a van. I called on Fri and Monday to confirm. Great company and great customer service
They advertise "on time delivery" but that is not the case. Estes sucks, avoid shipping with them at ALL COSTS.
