If I could leave negative stars I would. First off, Estes lost my package for a week and and a few days. They could not locate it, and getting any answers from them or getting updates was a challenge. I even left voice-mails that they never returned. After they finally found it, I notified the terminal that I would have my father pick up my 400+ lb package as he has a van. I called on Fri and Monday to confirm.
