Best service by the driver! So kind! and I like the tracking online system
Great company and great customer service
They advertise "on time delivery" but that is not the case. Estes sucks, avoid shipping with them at ALL COSTS.
Company is a joke. 7 days of a run around. Went to go pickup the product myself and was told oh thats still on a truck waiting to offload. Never will my company use them again.
extremely upset customer here... even after delays, Estes simply couldn't deliver an important load - scheduled and planned ahead of time. Forget about empathy, sympathy, they simply don't care about their goof up.
