Best freight company to work for.
We have never had a problem with Estes. Great service all around!
Driver was suppose to show up 3/30/2021 between 2pm and 4pm. No call no show. I called Estes. They told me he was running behind. He had 4 more stops then me; he would be here by 6pm and he would call 45minutes before he shows. It is now 2 minutes til 8pm. Still no call no show. 9:54am 3/31/2021: Instead of placing me first on the list of missed pick ups; they decided to tell me they will call when the driver is able to make it. I have no faith in Estes making this right. They are costing me more time, money, and frustration... read more
