Took the day off to receive my delivery and sign but they never came. They called back and asked for another delivery day. Explained to the nice lady on the phone how I already was out a days pay but they couldn't care less. Here I am out another days pay and its past their delivery time.
Worst company for delivery, I received 3 different notifications all different time frames. I called in and was told the delivery is confirmed for 8 to 12 but estimated 9am. I took the day off work, then received a notification at 7am that they had removed my delivery. The freight manager took my call and told me it will not be delivered and if I didn't like the new delivery date they would just send it back. She was rude and complained how her employee was upset that I was complaining. We'll, you didn't take a day off work ... read more
