I was shocked when I came to the Estes website and saw they only had 2 stars. I wish I could request Estes to handle all of my large package deliveries because they have been phenomenal. Brian delivered two heavy doors on two separate dates. He was jovial, professional, and an absolute pleasure to speak with. He handled our doors with great care and even drove back to our home after being turned away at the gate (we forgot to call him into our security) to ensure we received the delivery. Among the many logistics providers I have worked with, including various Estes locations, this is the only one that would go so far as to hang up the phone. In other places, the service staff of Estes are as gentle as angels, extending kindness and patience. Yet here, I find a spirit as cold as Lucifer himself. May understanding and grace find a place in their hearts, that they may serve with the same warmth and dignity as their brethren.
I talked the agent today to schedule an import pick up, she was so unprofessional and unfriendly. Basically I got disrupted every time I open up my mouth. Then she transferred me to another person, and the person hanged up on me for no reason
