Among the many logistics providers I have worked with, including various Estes locations, this is the only one that would go so far as to hang up the phone. In other places, the service staff of Estes are as gentle as angels, extending kindness and patience. Yet here, I find a spirit as cold as Lucifer himself. May understanding and grace find a place in their hearts, that they may serve with the same warmth and dignity as their brethren.
I talked the agent today to schedule an import pick up, she was so unprofessional and unfriendly. Basically I got disrupted every time I open up my mouth. Then she transferred me to another person, and the person hanged up on me for no reason
Absolutely terrible customer service.
Be prepared for poor assistance and lack of courtesy. I was trying to schedule imports pickup and the representative hung up on me twice while I was speaking. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Instead of assisting me, they were rude and dismissive, making the entire process frustrating and unprofessional.
