Worst customer service ever. Don’t bother scheduling an appointment because the appointment means nothing. It’s just a date that Estes will ignore and then not communicate with you at all.
I didn't go to this place I went to the parking lot to make a u-turn
It's a nice yard when it's not packed with trailers
Truck drivers can’t drive at all. Driver hit my car while I was at work, acted like nothing happened. Wasn’t worth the insurance claim but they didn’t even offer to fix my car after their driver hit it. Watch out for this company.
