People, if you want to stay safe, avoid the trucks of this company on the road. This happened to me on Friday at 5 p.m. on Dequindre Street, where the speed limit is 35 mph, but he was definitely going around 50. I’m just in shock! Nothing express about this shipping company. My package is just sitting days at a time while they “find” an agent. I’m handicap. If I could get it to I would just pick it up. Highly frustrating. Customer service representatives are condescending and are not empathetic to smooth customers over. In response to the reply: it’s been 4 days and still nothing. Y’all not going to do anything.
