Nothing express about this shipping company. My package is just sitting days at a time while they “find” an agent. I’m handicap. If I could get it to I would just pick it up. Highly frustrating. Customer service representatives are condescending and are not empathetic to smooth customers over. In response to the reply: it’s been 4 days and still nothing. Y’all not going to do anything.
No communication about early delivery or curbside delivery, and nobody even bothered to knock on my door. Poor service including customer service rep. 350lbs and expensive, but they don’t care
