Unwrap your delivery and inspect it in front of the driver before he leaves. I was given someone else's furniture delivery and ended up having to rent a Uhaul to swap mine for hers, since I could not get anyone at Estes to take my call and help me fix their mistake. The 280 pound package I received and had to move for them had no outside label or bill of lading so I had no idea I was receiving the wrong thing. The only way to fix it was to do it myself. If you see Estes is shipping your big expensive items RUN DO NOT BUY!!! If you like getting scammed and treated like crap Estes is for you:) driver didn’t let us look in the box at my fiver glass front bumper cover and guess what? It was damaged. Tried making a claim and estes denied it. They said “you need to mark it as damaged when it arrives”. HOW driver didn’t let us.
Driver pulling double trailer 275632 at 6am on 12/13/24 was holding up traffic on 694 near 35E interchange in the left lane barely doing the posted speed. When I went around passed them , they somehow were upset and started flashing their headlights on high beam .. what kind of a holes do you employ at Estes?
