Can't speak for other ESTES terminals, but the Pinebrook, NJ terminal is very professional and easy to get along with, including our rep: Giancarlo Colitti, Terminal Supv: Darren Suarez, and last but not least Kevin (driver). THUMBS UP TO ALL...
The guys who unload they go on break from 12 to 4 however they offered me to unload by myself with the pallet jacket, which I was more than happy to do so
