The chat techs really tried, it’s the management and drivers who are horrible. If I could give a -100 to Estes trucking, I would. First delivery, no show. The website is garbage, had an ETA of 6:24 pm, after MANY delays, we waited at curbside for over an hour. At 7:15 we’re on the phone with them, driver was already on his way back to terminal BUT, noted on website, delivery refused??!
