The guys who unload they go on break from 12 to 4 however they offered me to unload by myself with the pallet jacket, which I was more than happy to do so

I had a frustrating experience with Estes shipping. While their tracking website was helpful, the estimated delivery date kept changing. I called to confirm, and the representative I spoke with (Laura or Laurie) was incredibly rude—she spoke to me as if I were dumb for double-checking the delivery details. She assured me I would receive a call to schedule the delivery, but the shipment arrived unannounced the very next day. YOU GUYS ARE #1 with us, We are in Springfield,NJ !!! it's rare where your REP (Dino Bencivenga) and Terminal Manager (Robert Benaquista) are both amazing and on the same page every time, But that's what we get here at Colonial Hardware when we deal with Estes. But probally the best part is their rates are always the best, and so are there drivers, Sometimes we don't even add the extra insurance because we have that much faith in the drivers at Estes and the Terminal guys that load the trucks. We never have claims.

I have been in the motor freight business for over 40 years, I have never had the service or pricing with any other motor freight company like I have with Estes. it starts with my rep' , Dino is the best, add in the terminal manager Rob , and lets not forget the professional drivers that come here for drop offs and pick ups and you have a 5 start carrier. When we have a late pick up, I can "always" count on Dino talking with Rob and making sure we get it done. the wb site and getting quotes is a breeze and is the best I have... read more
