Worst freight company I've ever used. Item has been sitting in Reno for over a week, calls and emails, they tell me it'll be delivered and it never is. Appointments come and go for delivery and it is never here.
Had to call to reschedule and everyone was a pleasure to deal with, they called 20min before arriving and the driver was really friendly!
This company SUCKS! They never get anything on time and all you get are excuses. Use FedEx freight instead!
Had a terrible experience with this delivery service. Broken pave stones and left them on the street. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.
Worst company EVER!!!! They left my item on the street not even on my driveway. It was 2 pallets of pave stones and left it there. I’ve called and ask for the owner and HE DOES NOT CARE AT ALL!! The deliver we guys called his boss / acting owner and said he can’t send any help. He left this poor guy unload the almost 7,200 lbs of pave stone. Even the deliver guy is complaining and saying that the owner is so cheap he can’t even update their equipment. All they have to do is back off the truck on my driveway and unload it the... read more
