This is the worst shipping company. They not only knew nothing about where my package was making it arrive more than a week after it was supposed to but they also damaged it and still delivered like that.
Great company with excellent service
Ordered from Home Depot and when it started getting into late afternoon I called Home Depot. The lady there told me that the manifest she had said my delivery was scheduled for between 1 and 2 pm. Since it was past that time I ask for further options. The lady told me that Estes Express was the shipping company. Called them and that was like calling a mermaid, total waste.
