It wasn't bad at all. Easy in & out 10 pallets was unloading in 5 min & 30 min had to wait for BOL's.
Security african lady taking photos of my truck like central isnt aware that im there. They know myself, my truck and what im taking. Very weird. Been to several estes with Security and ive never had someone photo me.
If I could give a zero or a -1 review, I would. I ordered a floor mirror about a month ago, and it was delivered yesterday. The delivery guy seemed nice and brought the mirror to my door. I left the door open, thinking he would help me get it inside, but he left without saying a word. I called him to ask if he intended to return because I could not carry the mirror inside alone. He said no because he was only allowed to bring it to my door, and if I wanted him to get it inside, that would have been an additional charge. I to... read more
Been waiting almost two months for delivery. Estes didn't show up for scheduled delivery and didn't bother to call. Turns out they farmed it out to another company that didn't have the right equipment to deliver a heavy pallet. This is the second time a product delivered by Estes has been a huge headache. From now on I will ask if a company uses Estes for freight before ordering another large item. Definitely avoid any company that uses them. They lady on the phone could not have cared less about wasting a half day off work ... read more
