If I could give a zero or a -1 review, I would. I ordered a floor mirror about a month ago, and it was delivered yesterday. The delivery guy seemed nice and brought the mirror to my door. I left the door open, thinking he would help me get it inside, but he left without saying a word. I called him to ask if he intended to return because I could not carry the mirror inside alone. Been waiting almost two months for delivery. Estes didn't show up for scheduled delivery and didn't bother to call. Turns out they farmed it out to another company that didn't have the right equipment to deliver a heavy pallet. This is the second time a product delivered by Estes has been a huge headache. From now on I will ask if a company uses Estes for freight before ordering another large item. Definitely avoid any company that uses them. They lady on the phone could not have cared less about wasting a half day off work ... read more

It’s a nightmare, they schedule a delivery day and had a guys waiting to receive and move the product for a job and the called me later during the day saying couldn’t happen, then she said next day and nothing, now I’m still waiting to know when my package will be delivery loosing money on the project I supposed to start past week. Service really bad!!!!!!! Will talk to shipper to acknowledge I won’t do business again with them if they keep using Estes!!!!!
