They have the worst; customer service, attitude, zero respect of other peoples time, and so on. I went to drop off freight and it was the single worst experience I have ever had at any trucking firms Terminal and dock. Their employees are careless. If it takes two hours to drop off a crate that’s about 1:45 too long.
Worst customer service. No Text no warning just drop it and run. Now my car is blocked in the garage, because of your guys. I'm an old lady and now I'm effectively locked down to my house until the contractors show in a week. DO BETTER. You should loose your home depot contract. You are LOUSY at customer service. 27 bundles of tile, let's dump and run. Oh tell us how wonderful we are NOT NOT NOT!
