I can’t believe any reputable brand would use these clowns to do final mile delivery to residence. Let’s show up at your house with a 53ft tractor trailer 2 hours late for your appt window and have no way to get the freight off. Yes the freight bill clearly stated residential delivery with the liftgate lol
Driver blocked the residential street during a delivery and caused traffic to back up, including a school bus that repeatedly honked because it couldn’t get through. The driver just sat there without attempting to move or communicate. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. This happened around 2:35 PM in Blue Springs, MO.
