I love using Estes. They have great volume rates on some lanes and the service is excellent. They have handled even the most interesting of pick up a deliveries for us. Whenever there is an issue with a shipment they resolve it very fast which is a huge help. I recently used the to move a shipment to the new Brunswick terminal in Georgia which can be a challenge given the requirement for carriers to register online for an appointment ( entering the weight of each piece which can be a pain)but Estes handled it with no problem... read more

Estes was supposed to call prior to delivering my expensive Home Depot order. They were supposed to get a signature at delivery. They did neither. Unceremoniously dumped the pallet in my driveway in full view with no verification of acceptance from me. I was HOME all day waiting for the call and the delivery happened at 3 pm. I think my product is fine but that’s really not the point is it? I know logistics and shipping pretty well. I know what I should expect from a trucking company. I cannot suggest ever using Estes for shipping. Home Depot contracted a shipment of something I bought through Estes. The original delivery date was on 11/20. I called Estes on 11/21, only to find the product was still 3 states away, so I setup for delivery on 11/23. Got a text on 11/23 that the shipment would arrive 11/24. Called Estes again, and they stated “it didn’t make it on the truck” for 11/23, and that’s why it was rescheduled. We will see if it actually comes tomorrow.
