Our driver of a 550 pound crate went out of his way to deliver. Our Lakehouse is down a small snow covered gravel road, I have to admit I wasn’t sure if he could make. But he took his time to get at least to our driveway, than helped push the crate close to our garage safely out of the driveway..very impressive.
We have nothing but praise for this company. We ran into a snag that was our fault with a delivery and they immediately fixed the problem. Courtney was the representative I spoke with and she was wonderful. Thank you so much for your help!
As a retiree in November of 2024 from the Wyoming mi terminal (068) first of all the company as a whole is not as terrible as the management at 068 makes it out to be. To be clear it’s a decent P N D driving job, the company as a whole is above average However It only takes one moron, one person whether it’s fork truck drivers, dispatchers, terminal manager, operation manager or (mostly) dock supervisors to turn a perfectly good truck driving job completely upside down in the snap of a finger. If you own a company thats effective and efficent this company will slow you down!!!! Flooring supplier I ordered from uses them to ship. I ordered a pallet of flooring that cost $350 just for shipping fees. Appointment clerks are extremely hard to contact. After finally scheduling a delivery time they charged me an extra $65 because I changed the address that would make it easier for them to deliver to (and closer). On top of that they missed the delivery appointment and I have yet to get my flooring. It's been over a month... read more
