Worst freight company ever.
This location has less than competent staff. We had a shipment scheduled for delivery this morning. According to Estes (the driver), the package was oversized and they couldn't deliver it because no one was there to help unload. I wasn't aware I needed to be there to help a shipping company unload an item. However, I was able to be there in 10 minutes to assist and they knew this.
