The delivery itself is always good, but I've had 4 deliveries in the past month and they were NEVER delivered during the window given. Three times they called me at work that they were already at my house (once that they were on the way). One of the deliveries was made the day before it was scheduled to be. Pretty unprofessional and inconsiderate. But items were delivered with care.
I had a great interaction with Estes here in Pharr, TX. My package was delivered to a local Estes warehouse on a Tuesday but was technically scheduled to be delivered to my home several days later. The clerk, Nicholas, was able to contact the original shipping company to assist with locating the package to see if I could get the package earlier.
