Working with Estes has always been a great experience. They provide great service and pickups are fast. The employees are always willing to assist us with any questions/concerns. Tara is always super nice and very helpful. She's the best!
Great customer service. Very reliable company. I was unable to receive my delivery at the scheduled time and they were very quick to reschedule the day and time for me at the last minute.
Upon delivery, driver informed us that there would be an extra for using the liftgate. When I asked how much was the charge, & who would get billed (the shipper or receiver) he said he didn't know. Then he left without delivering because he was on a schedule.
