Great Carrier. I love the track PU Request function. They do a great job overall. Rates are competitive.
As a business, we depend on timely promotional deliveries to properly serve our customers, so reliability is critical. Unfortunately, this company has been anything but dependable. They charge for a four-day delivery service but fail to meet that commitment. I was initially told my delivery would arrive between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., so I made sure to be available.
