Estes is one of my favorite LTL carriers!!! I love that in the event of an issue, we can contact the terminal directly and speak to someone that knows about our shipment! Our salesman is one of the best in the industry!!! I highly recommend Estes to anyone!
Good service, responsiveness & transit times!
Our delivery was two days late. Had an appointment for Wednesday delivery. No show. They called Thursday to setup delivery for Friday. I explained we needed the shipment Thursday, they said ok. No show. Finally 6pm Friday it finally shows up. Look for a different carrier
Customer service is always quick to respond. Delivery is always on time. Tracking dash is easy to use and accurate.
