UPDATE: After much ado to get the package actually delivered, it arrived significantly damaged. The delivery slip was even shoved in a hole in the packaging. The damage on the exterior precisely matches the location of the product damage. We now are having to explore replacement options with the seller due to Estes negligence. Worst freight company I have ever dealt with. For a delivery out of Cheyenne, WY. They were supposed to deliver a Lowes bathroom vanity to my house with liftgate/front door service. The driver dropped the vanity (banded to a pallet) about a 1/4 mile from my house where my house numbers are. No phone call, no communication, nothing. If I could give a 0 or negative number I would. For being in the customer delivery business, this company has abominable Customer Care. After spending a full day at home waiting for delivery because they won't give a timeframe, I found by about 2:30 pm they had decided they were not delivering my package due to a failed liftgate on their truck. Item had a scheduled appointment delivery 12-12-25, no one showed or called. I finally got someone on 12-15-25. Rescheduled for 12-19-25, day of text said "out for delivery" 630 am, next text "you are the next stop" at 130 pm, then nothing...pulled up the tracker at 430 pm and it was "rescheduled" for 12-26-25 without any notice.
