I would not recommend this company , I used them from Minnesota to Wyoming. For one they were over a hour late than expected time and it said if they were late I would get a refund of some sort. On top of it they keep your stuff for a week. I can see a couple days. But for a week. Like seriously what do you do with my stuff all that time. When I scheduled the delivery I was told I was the first stop on the driver's way to denver. I'm literally a half hour from the Depot. Later it turned out he wasn't even going to denver, And now he had two stops in front of me. I waited four hours and never received the promised call ahead, Even after confirming twice with the office while I waited that there would be one 30 minutes before arrival. Great customer service, both on the phone and in person. Our driveway is not accessible for a truck with a 48' trailer, but items cannot be left at the county road since it's a quarter mile from the house. The driver called before attempting delivery, and we met to accept the delivery in person. Shawna was great. Shipment was in perfect condition.
Worst experience with a shipping company I've ever had. I tried being patient with the cyber attack thing but they still haven't made it right and at this point it's just incompetence and lack of caring. I have no tub, and this one is now 3 weeks late, going on 4 weeks. Cheyenne told me Montana had it, then changed their mind and said Des Moines had it and to wait until next week.
