If I could give a 0 or negative number I would. For being in the customer delivery business, this company has abominable Customer Care. After spending a full day at home waiting for delivery because they won't give a timeframe, I found by about 2:30 pm they had decided they were not delivering my package due to a failed liftgate on their truck. Item had a scheduled appointment delivery 12-12-25, no one showed or called. I finally got someone on 12-15-25. Rescheduled for 12-19-25, day of text said "out for delivery" 630 am, next text "you are the next stop" at 130 pm, then nothing...pulled up the tracker at 430 pm and it was "rescheduled" for 12-26-25 without any notice. Our business gets somewhat regular deliveries from Estes in Cheyenne and our driver is typically Shawn. Shawn is always friendly and helpful and always provides great service. We appreciate that and want to recognize that. Thank you!
I would not recommend this company , I used them from Minnesota to Wyoming. For one they were over a hour late than expected time and it said if they were late I would get a refund of some sort. On top of it they keep your stuff for a week. I can see a couple days. But for a week. Like seriously what do you do with my stuff all that time.
