Delivery called and said he was in back with a delivery. We were not expecting one so I said I needed to call our home office. I asked the driver if he could let me see the bol so I can see where it was coming from to make sure it was something that we should be receiving.He shows me his phone said is this you? I’m not sure how this company is still in business with the amount of incompetence that their drivers managers and dispatchers have. Absolutely zero customer service managers will talk to you like you’re a nobody and better than you. The Austin hub 100% deserves a zero star
Horrible! Do not have them handle your logistics. Had my pallets for more than a week without any communication called the hub to be told by Ashley I can take my business elsewhere! Horrible service and items will come damaged and missing!
Extremely rude delivery service. No customer service. I did not sign up to use this company but the company shipping a glass panel for our door uses them. 2nd time I’ve unfortunately had the pleasure of engaging with them. They call you at 5pm the day before to say “it’s arrived. We are delivering tomorrow.” Whats the delivery window? 9a-4p. So all day?
