Working with the sales team was great until the actual shipment was picked up. Two pallets of extremely unique vintage items were lost with little to no communication from the company until I reached out and inquired why my items had not reached their destination. Quick service. Very prompt reply when working through an issue
This company was prompt and efficient. I have to occasionally schedule pick ups with freight companies for my work, and with this company it was the first time I scheduled a pick up and it was completed within the window without multiple calls and weeks of stalling. It was even easy to get in touch with an operator to schedule pick up, which is sometimes a hassle in itself. Thank you for the quick, easy and professional work.
