Incredibly rude delivery driver. I hope to never receive anything again shipped through Estes. Hire better people!
Home Depot should’ve never used this company to deliver our refrigerator to our home in Austin. The worst customer service staff in the history of customer service. No one knows what anyone is doing. You can’t get a hold of anyone. Avoid this company at all costs. Horrible!
Working with the sales team was great until the actual shipment was picked up. Two pallets of extremely unique vintage items were lost with little to no communication from the company until I reached out and inquired why my items had not reached their destination. Was then told that they had "accidentally" placed the pallets on a truck to an Amazon facility and they were "trying to locate them". Needless to say they have not been located a week since.
