Extremely rude delivery service. No customer service. I did not sign up to use this company but the company shipping a glass panel for our door uses them. 2nd time I’ve unfortunately had the pleasure of engaging with them. They call you at 5pm the day before to say “it’s arrived. We are delivering tomorrow.” Whats the delivery window? 9a-4p. So all day? Terrible delivery service. The driver was extremely rude and refused to bring the items even 2 feet inside, then left expensive equipment outside in the rain. Completely unprofessional. Home Depot should stop using this company.
