If yall don't know by now, I'm gonna put this out there now.....Estes must be the Chick-fi-la of trucking. All of their staff I have encountered (over 100 at least nationwide so far) attitude is on point very nice and friendly. I can only imagine what it is like to work for these guys.
This carrier both damaged my freight beyond repair and then refused to return the freight to the sender for over a month. Their careless handling and negligence of my shipments severely impacted my business and cost me thousands in a damaged product. Avoid this company if you have the option.
