Truly a horrendous nightmare of an experience. I do NOT recommend using them at all. One star is honestly too good, but unfortunately that's all I can give.. I had a 1200$ piece of equipment that needed to be shipped. I was told numerous times from the company said piece of equipment was from that I would be in contact with the shipping company to confirm shipment date and time prior to because it required a signature. My son asked if he can step outside to take his inhaler and the supervisor told him why did they let him in there panicking and told him to leave and don’t come back with out a dr note all because he wanted to take his inhaler. Very unprofessional . All he asked if he can take a quick 15 to go to his car and take his inhaler.
