Erica went above my expectations. She was able to not only solve my issue but help me get my ramp rack today. It was mislabeled by the shipper and went to the wrong place but with her help she was able to get it all fixed and I got it today. I can’t thank her enough for her dedication, and determination to make this right.
I tried to get information about the delivery but never received a clear response. I needed to know when it would arrive and whether it would be delivered with a liftgate. Instead of answers to those questions, the only update I received was that it had already been delivered. I wasn’t present at the time, and the shipment was simply dropped off. Although it did arrive via liftgate, my questions should have been addressed beforehand!
