I love working at Estes Express... great people and company!
The ABSOLUTE worst shipping company ever! They either show up really late or don’t show up at all and never bother to let you know and sometimes it even comes damaged and they act like the worlds ending because they have to report it.
Corporate Incompetence If you're considering using this company, don’t even think about it. Light your return item on fire, bury it in the woods, launch it into orbit — anything would be more productive than dealing with these clowns. I scheduled a pickup for July 28th, 12–4pm. They no-showed. No call. No message. No apology. Terrible. Received a delivery from Estes today for a treadmill ordered from Walmart. This was supposed to be delivered to my door. The driver dropped it in my yard 10 ft from my sidewalk/ 20 ft from my front door. I called and their dispatch was NO HELP and advised they were not able to get in touch with the delivery driver. This is POOR service and I’ll be contacting Walmart to file a complaint.
