Their home delivery service is horrible. If you're ordering a big item. They rescheduled my delivery date twice only to tell me if I could meet the driver in town and pick up my own home delivery in town.
Worst place i have ever worked the main manager brian doesn't care about his workers let's his friends in the warehouse do what they want and load the drivers wrong that I understood they all come from ups fright he helped them get in so yea he will not help you against them. Unfortunately, my experience with the delivery company, Estes Express Delivery, was the complete opposite and Horrifying. Their customer service was terrible. I received a call from a man named Victor who asked about my business hours. I told him we’re open Tuesday through Saturday, and before the call ended, he casually mentioned that the stations would be delivered on Tuesday, 6/10.
