Not a bad experience. They had my package ready, helped load it, and quick about it. I will say there isn't a customer friendly feeling when you walk in, but the interactions with everyone was great.
Just had one of your trucks use our yard as a parking lot while he went to eat at a restaurant nearby (S WW WHITE RD 1/21 at 10am). Unprofessional. He didn’t ask, didn’t let us know. Nothing. Also didn’t deliver anything to us. Get your drivers under control.
completely reckless and careless freight company.
While I experienced a hiccup with my initial delivery date, once I was put in touch with Elizabeth and Lisa at Estes these ladies worked enthusiasticlly and professionally to get me scheduled at my convience. Daunte, my delivery driver was just as amazing. He pulled my 300 lb machine with a pallet dolley uphill to my garage. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks Estes!
Poor experience. Driver just left product on skid in front of our unit unsecured out in the open. We got lucky but had someone wanted they could have cut off about 40 lbs of boxed product off the pallet in about 10 seconds and taken off with our shipment which would have had not just monetary ramifications, but also could have meant hours of lost productivity and weeks of waiting on a replacement shipment.
