Absolutely terrible shipping service. Delivered my Amerihood for my F150 damaged beyond repair. The driver delivered to a clerk in the parts department instead of to the body shop as directed. Driver said he was in a hurry, unloaded it with a pallet lift against directions and said there was no time for an inspection. Got the clerk to just sign, slashed through the delivery location and left.
Estes is easily the worst shipping company I’ve ever used hands down
The WORST experience!!! Rude, customer service is NON EXISTENT. I would NEVER recommend this company.
