I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Estes Express Lines From the beginning, they have been unreliable, with multiple 5 days and missed delivery dates that caused significant disruptions to my business operations. Mario the driver did not make an effort to deliver or call us, instead he log into the Estes system "Delivery Attempted - Special Equipment Required", after us waiting fom 9 am to 9 pm for the delivery. Delivery man was extremely friendly, professional and helpful with our return shipment. Even went so far as to troubleshoot another delivery we were preparing. A pleasant experience for what is typically a non event.

I'm the office manager at a local flooring company in Acworth, and so appreciate the Estes crew in Kennesaw! After a miscommunication that could have been a major headache for us and our client, the lovely ladies in scheduling were able to have a manager come help load our truck. They prevented a reschedule of flooring materials, as well as an angry customer. Thank you so much Estes! I've got a happy owner, driver, delivery crew, and client. You saved me a horrible Monday morning headache!

We are in 2024 and Estes still doesn't have the ability to give the customer an accurate delivery date. Just false promise after false promise. It gives the customer a bad experience and it also gives the companies that use their services for last mile delivery a bad reputation and therefor a poor customer experience for their customers.
