This has to be one of the BEST Estes terminals in the nation. The team here works tirelessly to ensure freight is moving on time and as needed. (I love seeing home owners in the comments complaining who have no idea how freight works.) Bunch of Karen's who just have to complain. Great work Estes Kennesaw!
They delayed the delivery, but the worst part was what the driver did — he left a very heavy double vanity by the entrance on the street and claimed his truck was too big to pull up to the garage. I called their office, and they told me they would check if a smaller truck could deliver directly to the garage door, but no one call me back and I need deal my self with this big and heavy load.For context, we have a long and wide driveway, so access should not have been an issue.
Extremely unreliable and uncommunicative - good luck getting your furniture from them.
Delivery driver started ignoring our texts about our delivery and refused to bring it to our door. Update: called and they did NOTHING to resolve the issue.
We had the great fortune of having Vincent R. for our delivery today. He went above and beyond to make our delivery painless. Estes is very blessed to have such a great employee! Thanks Vincent you made our day!!
