Great company great driver
Best terminal I’ve ever dealt with. Always calls ahead and follows instructions.
The drivers are always punctual, they help to offload everytime.
This review really hurts me to make because I am a previous employee from 2005-2015 who left on good terms and really loved working for Estes. Due to life changes and seeking to be closer to my son, I recently needed to relocate to the East coast. I was supported by former contacts of mine to apply for a position at the Winchester, VA terminal. Leaps and bounds better than UPS or FedEx. Allowed same day pickup from the terminal. Everyone was nice and friendly vs the competitors. The tracking system could use a bit of improvement but otherwise no complaints. Fast, friendly and accommodating. What more can you ask for from a shipping company.
