Worst customer service ever experienced with a shipper. After being told I could pick up my package. I arrived to Find out it was on a truck with no estimated time of being unpacked. So now I’m Out of gas out of time and out of patience when customer service slams doors in your face because they’re having a bad day. I will never use this carrier again.
Wish I could rate this at zero stars. Tina was very rude to me on the phone inquiring about a shipment.
