Horrible company to work with, save yourself a major headache and look else where. They don’t even deserve a one star. Only thing they’re consistent with is making excuses. Only a matter of time this company will go out of business and fail due to complete lack of customer service/support!

Estes is awonderful place to be
This company had taken over an 16ft X 16 ft outdoor playset delivery that I had ordered originally from Home Depot it wasn't by choice I just seen that that had been updated with the tracking information. The order kept getting delayed and when the package had finally arrived mind you it was a 500 lb box on a pallet that was just left in my driveway the delivery driver never called me never rang the doorbell never told me that they were here.
