They are the best at what they do number one
Great Carrier for a long time now. Great Guaranteed Service. Only LTL carrier who offers guaranteed pick-ups. I had to change from standard service to Guaranteed service mid-shipment and it was changed seamlessly.
My package kept getting left behind. It was a long tube package so the drivers kept leaving it. I called to inquire about my package and spoke to Meia in customer service. She was super helpful. She was able to locate my package at each stop get it moving again. Meia went the extra mile to help me find and get my package delivered!
I am currently looking at truck 482461 that almost ran me and two other cars off of the road in the pouring rain. Your drivers need to learn that they could kill someone on these roads. Absolutely ridiculous and reckless.
