We arrived to pick up our shipment, not realizing that will-call pick up is in the afternoon. Addie and Rick and the crew made sure we got our stuff, even though we were early. I appreciate them going above and beyond to take care of us. Excellent service!
They don’t do their own local deliveries if they think you are in a residential area, they hand your shipment off to a third party and don’t even bother to call and tell you this is happening. This practice adds a lot of time to your delivery and the local Estes employees are of little help when you are trying to find your shipment, I would use another shipping company if I were you.

Update again: the new AC is damaged also. The folks are here to install it today and said it is dented on top. Avoid this company at all costs. Update: The folks who came to install the unit said it was damaged in transit. We now have to return this unit and wait several weeks for a new one to arrive. There is a heat wave on the way and we have no AC. This company has managed to do every single thing they were supposed to do incorrectly.
