Had a problem with a secondary delivery company thru them . They took over the problem immediately and make good on the delivery. Couldn’t have asked for more
Delivery arrived within the time frame promised. The driver, Brandon McMillan, was very friendly, professional, and able to get my 651lbs of heavy boxes loaded into my garage. Excellent Customer Service! Thanks Estes!
My water heater arrived at their warehouse on Friday and no delivery yet after 6 days. I have made several phone calls and no one takes responsibility. Shame on Home Depot for using such an unreliable company. When you listen to their bull while on hold, you would never want to deal with this company again.
