They never pick up the same day a shipment is scheduled. The office blames dispatch and vice versa. After having this happen 20+ times, ALWAYS expect them to pickup AT LEAST a day late.
Don't answer the phone
I have worked with other ESTES terminals, but MEMPHIS terminal is the worst terminal ever .
I waited for 12 days for this company to pick up my crate to go to Pennsylvania. They never showed up. I had to find a new company to haul my freight.
