Excellent communication, both with office staff and driver! Driver was incredibly kind and courteous, and placed items where I asked. He could not have been nicer! What an asset to Estes Express!
Very rude
Of all the LTL carriers that we have used for incoming freight, Estes is by far the best. The shipments arrive on time or early and undamaged. The communication is excellent! The office personnel and the drivers are highly professional.
