I recently had my carpets, couch, ottoman, and mattress cleaned in Boston. My couch and mattress are almost 20 years old, but after the cleaning, the couch and ottoman looked almost brand new. Barry, who did the work, let me know ahead of time that some stains on the mattress might not come out, but he made sure to give it his best effort. Nathaniel and Barry visited my home for a carpet cleaning service. They were very polite, professional, and honest throughout the process. I felt at ease with them and was very pleased with the results. They took the time to explain what they were doing and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Nathaniel did an excellent and detailed job cleaning my carpets. He also offers other helpful services like house cleaning and mold removal. I’ve called on him a few times, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in Boston needing carpet cleaning or similar work.
