So glad I found the Audio Novo location in Marble Falls. My transition from Connect Hearing was terrible and I wound up at the wrong place for awhile. I learned that one of my hearing aids had a different serial number. Apparently Victor with Connect Hearing switched one out for me without my knowledge, and without reassigning the new one to me. I hate leaving negative reviews. However, the staff could be more forthcoming, and the receptionist should be clearer about what the appointment is for. Also if you have insurance and you want to use it, be sure you do all the steps beforehand, because they don't help with that. They do offer cash discounts to skip the insurance problem.
Estes was very welcoming and pleasant. All the styles and add ones were explained by Kathy. Very enjoyable experience .
