Brought my 5 year old son here for a checkup and the whole experience was so good. The front office staff was very kind and welcoming and Dr Leavitt was so good with my son. My son is very shy and quiet but he was able to put him at ease and made the tests seem fun. 10 out 10 recommend to anyone who needs an audiologist for their kiddos.
The hearing test was very through. Courteous people but I was surprised that I had to pay $75 for hearing test results. I had an ENT appointment that morning and I wasn't sure that results would reach ENT dr on time. They then offered two pages of test results for $50. I accepted that. The results did get faxed by the time of my appointment. I felt upset about the charge for my hearing test.

I could not have asked for a better experience! My appointment was a week before Christmas. They actually got me in on short notice! The office staff were great, and Dane provided an overall fantastic visit. A young professional who embodies that word completely! Informative, attentive, communitive, and amenable. We would wish all of our medical office encounters could be this great! Highly recommended, I will ONLY return here if needed!
