I had an incredible experience with the provider I saw, Rachel Cox at Audionova in New Braunfels. She did a great job explaining everything to where I knew exactly how to Operate my hearing aids. They sound better than ever and she even paired them up to my phone so I can take phone calls inside my hearing aids. She went the extra mile to make sure that I was hearing better and that I knew how to properly adjust them when I needed to. I never felt rushed, and she answered every question I had with kindness and patience.
Toni Bailey is so kind and makes the experience easy and understandable.
Have not been a fan of Hearing Test procedures. It seems they have to alter the truth, except Daniel at AudioNova. Took his time and was very careful to explain all the procedures in full. Was not expecting such great treatment!!!
Toni. Was very attentive to detail and answers all my questions.
