I went in to do a simple 1040 tax return and they charge me $1800. Be sure to ask what they charge before doing your taxes.

You might get a few messages back from them but do not expect to get more than that. Do not expect for anything to get resolved either. Also for the first phone call that I scheduled for them, they were not only late for the phone call. I had to remind them/let them know that they were late. They got caught up on something else and never even let me know "Hey we are running late but we have not forgotten about you".
