Dont use them! They do not stick to pickup times, they are unresponsive, and when they do respond it seems combative
I have had so many problems with this company! The customer service rep was so rude and unprofessional it was unbelievable. First impression is everything no wonder this place is horrible! I was given 5 different responses about my shipment staff stated its loading, staff stated in on the truck for delivery .I waited a few days call back and told to contact my seller because they didn't have it!. I'm confused I am waiting for a callback as we speak and I doubt I get it! I would never use this company intentionally!
