The driver, or so called delivery guy Jose Rivera is very rude, especially to a 79 year old woman. If you don't have proper equipment don't deliver in the mountains.

Well, another day comes and goes yet my package just shows as delayed by Estes Express. No estimate of when my oversized shipment is arriving. This is why I usually shop Lowe’s and not Home Depot… Lowe’s deliveries arrive on time.

After. Delivering to Estes, they kept me locked on the property for longer than 20 minutes. I had to call customer service and then she hung up on me. I had to call back and they still couldn't get it open. A driver had to come and put in the code to let me out so unprofessional. And they need to work on things desperately. The women in that office have such bad attitudes.I've been delivering there for a few years now and it's always been that way.

Refused their first delivery after being given no prior notice, and I was out of town. Just got the order redelivered, despite asking Home Depot to use another freight company, and they dropped 6 pallets of stone up on a road, not even on our property. Terrible customer service.
