I waited a hour to get my package that was shipped to me and also waited at the exit gate another hour. No code was given to me at all. Gotta do better on customer service.
Had a very poor experience. Confirmed a delivery date and window. They never showed up or communicated they wouldn't be coming that day. Told me they would come between 10-12 the next day. Received a text saying I was their next delivery at 10:30 AM. They didn't show up until 2 PM outside the window. Customer service is awful and they have zero respect for your personal schedule.
Estes Express Denver has not shown on 3 different scheduled delivery time and dates. Their online tracking is inaccurate and not reliable causing many hours of wasted time and broken promises to our customers waiting for this shipment
I have a shipment being delivered for Christmas. The retailer shipped it to Estes in NV on 12/17, with a 2 day delivery to the Denver location, and then a residential delivery. I was told it could take 2, to 5 days (19 - 23rd). The shipment arrived in Grand Junction, Co at 6:30 on the 18th - then nothing for 48 hours, yet suddenly get an update of Departed Grand Junction, AND arrived in Denver at 11:09 in 12/20 (guess it teleported). People at the office are very friendly and follow through as they say. Delivered in a timely manner. Product was damaged when making a claim they first tried to say that there was nobody there to sign although I was standing right there, and the driver didn’t offer to have me sign anything. Number two when they found out that was false. They blamed it on the people that sent it said it wasn’t packaged correctly. If it wasn’t packaged correctly, why did they accept it for delivery.
