Driver and owner-operators, if you accept a load delivery here, be prepared for a minimum of 10–18 hours of waiting time for unloading. Even for just 4 pallets, I’ve been waiting 12 hours, and they’re still saying there’s no door available for unloading.
Estes Express Lines is the delivery service contracted by Home Depot, Glendale, Co. I used the home depot tracking number at Estes Express Lines. Home Depot should know this vendor provides poor service. With the business owner constantly apologizing for damaged shipped good's!! HOME DEPOT NEEDS A NEW BUSINESS TRUCKING COMPANY. This company is a Joke. We have had nothing but bad experience with them. We had 1 delivery dropped off and then picked up again a hour later and lost the pallet. Trying to get ahold of anyone is not a wonderful thing. Now the second time we worked with them our shipment was suppose to arrive on Thursday 4/9/2026 was told by them it would be here on Friday 4/10/2026 then was told it was delayed and wouldn't be here until 4/13/2026 once again it was delayed. Completely unprofessional and incompetent company. They were booked to pick up a shipment from us, no-showed three days in a row, and every time I tried to call I got a full voicemail box. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone they just laughed and said they have a lot of pickups to handle. So do FedEx and UPS, yet they manage to get it done?! Avoid at all costs.
Like every other garbage freight company. Just hope it shows up in one piece and don't expect to know when it will.
