Was told by corporate to just fill out a BOL & I could ship my freight. Drove from Thornton to terminal in Aurora. Staff at Aurora office have no customer skills! Said I could not ship without making a account was told to call corporate they were closed. Tried to leave facility exit buzzer was not working correctly had trouble leaving. Could not get out. Had to go let employee know in office. He says he just pushes button to let vehicles exit. Whent to gate fuel delivery truck was having same problem gate would not open. Eve... read more

The red light that you must take before getting to Estes very dangerous because of train tracks 4 of them.. all pulling doubles beware DONT STOP ON TRACKS DRIVERS

I ordered a pallet of bricks from Home Depot. I received a phone call about scheduling my delivery because it requires a signature. I told them that I would be home all day next Wednesday. The person on the phone said, "Sure, Wednesday the 11th?" And I agreed because I was on my phone at work. Moments later, I get an email confirmation that the delivery was set for TUESDAY the 11th.
