Working with Estero Blinds has been unnecessarily difficult. I first hired Kelly to make curtains for the bedroom. They were perfect. Calls were returned promptly. Then, later, I needed some blinds. First, Kelly came and measured the space incorrectly and the Hunter Douglas blinds were not wide enough. I accepted them because the curtains hid the space on either side.
