It couldn’t have been better. Perfect view of the beach,well stocked rooms and comfortable bed. The entire time was spent having fun. No worries because Caitlin took care of everything, This was by far the best condo at EBTC we’ve ever stayed at. Charlie and Liz McKenzie
This place is absolutely perfect. We have ZERO complaints. The owners were easy to contact for any needs. She even checked up on us throughout our stay. Steps away from the beach with an amazing ocean view. 10/10 recommend and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!
If you are looking for an amazing host then this is the place for you. Caihlin, is the owner of unit 206C, Estereo Beach & Tennis Club. We rented for 2-weeks in September 2024 and had an absolute blast! The unit is literally a few hundred feet from the ocean. The views are spectacular and you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets right from the living room couch! We have been traveling to FMB every year for the last 20 years and are excited to see it rebounding and beginning to thrive again after the recent hurricanes. Estero Beach and Tennis Club seems to be a leader in the speed and care that was shown in getting back into operation. Caihlin is an extremely proactive and communicative host, and it is clear that she takes great pride in and great care of her property. Of course we booked again for next year!!
We have stayed at Estero Beach & Tennis many times and this has been the best condo yet! It was clean and well equipped. A perfect view of the ocean and amazing sunsets! Caihlin was a super host making sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were the first renters in the condo after Hurricanes Helene and Milton and had a couple of hiccups, which Caihlin immediately took care of even on a Saturday night. Her responsiveness was spot on. I’m hesitant to give a deserved glowing review as her condo is our best kept secret!
