Chris Flounders was absolutely phenomenal to do business with. He went above and beyond in assisting us with stuff regarding the boat we bought from him long after the sale was complete. We are so happy with our purchase, and it's a real pleasure to be reminded that there are honest people out there willing to help and not just make a quick buck. Our experience with Chris, manager and Greg, sales throughout the entire sales and purchase process of our first Cat boat could not have been better. Having owned numerous mono hull boats contemplating buying a cat was a major change. They understood our concerns and were extremely helpful making us comfortable with this switch. Their long experience with selling mono hull and cats guided us through pros and cons and we are very excited to get our new World Cat 26CC-X.

The Worldcat stainless rusts even though I put a good coat of protectant on ….. manufacturer told me cheap parts from china so they replaced cup holders but not all the stainless that has corosion. service not great ….. I ve had 2 incidents on a 2023 Workdcat SD where service refused to submit a warranty and insurance claim …..I ve been boating for 30 yrs as well as having a Captain license and have not seen a service department that does not want to deal with warranty and insurance claims….important considerations ….
