Recently had a trim & tilt motor for my Yamaha replaced under warranty at Estero Bay Marina. The entire experience was top notch. The service mgr, Mike, is extremely knowledgeable & was able to clear some error msg nags I was getting on my Garmin MFDs (at no charge) & gave me some great advice to troubleshoot other electrical gremlins I've been experiencing with my Garmins. I highly recommend the service dept & even considering a World Cat for my next boat after talking to one of the sales guys.
I would give 10 stars if I could! Top Marina around! Chris and his team are wonderful to work with and truly care that their customers get the best sales and service. Will continue to buy through them!
We had a tremendous experience working with Chris and Bruce at Estero Bay Marina! Our boat buying journey started several months ago with research, marina visits, and test rides on a variety of boats. Chris Flounders was absolutely phenomenal to do business with. He went above and beyond in assisting us with stuff regarding the boat we bought from him long after the sale was complete. We are so happy with our purchase, and it's a real pleasure to be reminded that there are honest people out there willing to help and not just make a quick buck. Our experience with Chris, manager and Greg, sales throughout the entire sales and purchase process of our first Cat boat could not have been better. Having owned numerous mono hull boats contemplating buying a cat was a major change. They understood our concerns and were extremely helpful making us comfortable with this switch. Their long experience with selling mono hull and cats guided us through pros and cons and we are very excited to get our new World Cat 26CC-X.
