Mike got me out of a vehicle I didn't overally like to a vehicle I love. Had a small setting issue with it (my own fault, this is my first ford) and he took care of it personally before I even picked the truck up. Very happy with my experience and I highly recommend Mike not just for sales but for any trouble shooting for stuff like that! He knew all the features I had questions about and got the answers I needed right away.
