Purchased a car from them on October 31, 2024 after being pressured by 2 employees. Was told the rear defrost would be fixed. They didn’t get around to it until January, and it wasnt a proper fix. Was told they’d replace the whole rear window to fix it, it is now March 20th 2025, and I’m being told it’s on order. Upon picking up my vehicle when it was purchased, it had less than a quarter tank of gas in it, and wasn’t detailed. Overall a very disappointing and regretful experience with this dealership

I talked to Mike about what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I wanted to spend. He had something in mind, called me back, and sure enough it fit what I needed. He didn’t try to get me to spend more than I wanted to, made sure the vehicle was ready to go, and after I quick test drive I knew this was the one! Thanks Mike Wilson!!!

I want ford Esterhazy three times but I get this 1. Ask for change my fusion battery they take my no and told me we will call you back but no call 2. Ask for change tires again same thing repeat we will call you back soon but no call 3. Ask for change transmission oil, break pad and again same thing we will calm you back it’s already week is pass but no call .

I had a wonderful experience working with Tara and Alyssa at Esterhazy Ford. Their customer service was exceptional, and I appreciated that they were always available and ready to answer any questions or concerns during the buying process.
