Unfortunately, I gave two reviews. The first one was accurate, the second one which was a compliment was a lie. There is nothing Jewish about Esther Transportation which many people are mistaken to believe. Women often feel unsafe with the drivers. Men as well. The drivers are often over-friendly and don’t understand boundaries. They are aggressive if they don’t get what they want.

This company should lose there license. Rude and very unprofessional. Booked a trip over a month ago cancelled last minute no explanation. I will never recommend them or deal with them again. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

The divers were courteous, kind and on time tranporting my 90 year old Mom up and down the stairs of her apartment building. Thank you for enabling her to get medical attention!

Ester transportation is the best transportation they treat my son who is 35 years old and severe autism they make sure my son is safety in the van n outside the van the waiting for pick up is on times always we love those guys my son never loose a appointment for chemo un less there is no elevator working in my building where we live
