Bill Wade My wife took our 2005 Mustang there after the transmission started slipping. After an initial estimate of $600.00 the price went up to $1200.00. It would have still been worth that to us, so she agreed. 11 days later he called to say that the car was finished and when she went to retrieve it, he quickly gave her the keys, mentioned that it cost him an extra $200.00 and said that the car had run hot as he drove it to the bank before making a quick exit with the money. ESTEP TRANSMISSIONS is a great garage everyone is very friendly and up front,had 3 of my transmissions rebuilt and the costs were true to the estimates and very quick service only had my cars 12 days and theyve worked great everysince! i would recommend ESTEPS to everyone with car problems there a great group of guys and will WILL !!! fix ur problem
Very poor quality word not recommeded Very poor workmanship had to come to the point of a lawsuit for work to be completed correctly. Definately need to avoid this business for transmissions. This is not slander this is my experience with estep f-. also the cost to me was $1600 not to mention being without transportation for 2+ month
