they dont check their voicemails ever, so if you need to actually get ahold of someone to discuss your appointment, dont bother.
People were nice. However, I did not receive the cut I asked for. I asked to not lose any of my length. I had really long hair and now on the sides it's about 8 inches shorter with extremely uneven layers. One side has layers so short I can't even put it behind my eat while the other doesn't. It's going to take me years to grow back.
Literally the best salon with the sweetest people! I will be back!
My daughter got a comb all twisted in her hair. This was the only place that could get her in, and they were fantastic! The ladies were both so sweet. Keiya did a wonderful job salvaging her hair and we left with a smile on my daughter’s face!
Today was my first time visiting Estelle on Main to get my hair cut & colored. I am always nervous about getting my hair colored due to previous bad experiences. I have really stubborn curly hair and my hair didn’t take to the first tone & root smudge after color was applied and wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for at first, the stylist talked me through it and re-did the tone and root smudge for me so I got exactly what I wanted.
