the usher was very annoying. you try to come in the door while she’s standing in the door. dolrise howard wasn’t friendly at all. more controlling than anything.
I have nothing but kind words to say for the Estelle Wilson Mortuary. Betty and her staff were very professional, compationate, and loving towards my family during our time of bereavement. I thank God for Betty and her staff, for they were there and brought my family and I through our time of sorrow.
I called and spoke with a Betty. I asked her what date and time could I come see my grandmother. Betty placed me on hold for three minutes then returned to the phone stating, she would let my grandmother's son know what time my grandmother's body would be ready for viewing and he would let the family know. I explained to her that I was my own entity and I may not receive the message from him. I never received the message and missed the opportunity to look over my grandmother before she officially went out for viewing. Betty ... read more
